✨ Refund & Cancellation Policy ✨

We’re so excited to have you join us for Praise & Paint with PLETHORA! Because of the time, preparation, and materials that go into each event, here’s what you need to know:

💜 No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Each spot is limited and we prepare supplies in advance (like pre-traced canvases and paints) just for you.

💜 Need to Reschedule? If you let us know at least 7 days before the event, we’ll be happy to issue you a credit toward a future Praise & Paint with PLETHORA event (subject to availability). Credits are good for 6 months and can only be used by the original ticket holder.

💜 If We Cancel: Should we ever need to cancel an event (due to low attendance, weather, or other unexpected circumstances), you’ll receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another event—your choice.

💜 No-Shows & Late Cancellations: We’re unable to offer credits or refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

💜 How to Request: To request a cancellation or credit, please email us at angielopezdesignz@gmail.com with your order number and event date, and we’ll take care of you.
